Hi,

If you lost your admin password, then the only way to access the phone again is reset the phone to factory default.
This operation will delete all your personal configuration settings, and reset all settings to the factory defaults. Admin and user password are set to default.
To reset to factory default, please long press the REDIAL key when the phone is idle and follow the instructions on the screen.
