Create conference with 2 existing calls

Hi Dear friend,

This is Evan from Yealink Support Team, nice to know you here!

I tested locally, it worked.
For example:
1. Phone A calls Phones B, and Phone B picks-up this call;
2. Then Phone B holds Phone A, and make a new call C, next, C picks-up this call.
3. The phone A press "Conf" key to conference these calls.
4. Then select this held call A, then press send to create the conference.
