Yealink VCD Internet Video Call Settings

Hello,
Recently I have downloaded Yealink VCD! wish to call another remote PC running Yealink VCD too over internet , what setting should I change or do to make a video call over internet, should I use the Cloud Service or Meeting Server (the call within the same country, different states).
