This is one area where Yealink support REALLY, REALLY stinks. They don't seem to care about customer issues reported on these forums, especially related to VPN.

Please take a note of the firmware release dates:

T46S 66.84.0.10 Sept 10, 2018
T46S 66.84.0.15 Nov 29, 2018

Did you tried the latest version and checked if OpenVPN work for you?
