Pickup call does not work - HiPath

Hi,

i have a Siemens Hipath phone system
and many Yealink T46 & 48
Everything is fine, except the pickup functionality.

I want to pickup calls from extension 120
I tried *3+extension
i tried a speed dial shortcut
A BLF shortcut
a pickup shortcut.

Nothing works.
Please help!
