BLF showing TALKING issue

Hi,

We have various T4 series phones in our company (T42S, T46S, T48S).
The issue we are having is on the T48S phones. There are BLF keys programmed for other extensions. For example, there is a BLF key programmed for x1300. Sometimes the BLF key for x1300 will show TALKING when actually x1300 is idle. Eventually the TALKING will go away and the BLF key will work as it should. It doesn't happen all of the time and it isn't the same BLF keys either each time.

This seems to only be happening on the T48S phones.
