blf + dtmf key

Sorry that I don't think I already got what you mean. So i need check again with you.
1. phone A configure BLF button to monitor phone B;
2. B is on a call, so BLF key in A will show red.
3. In the A side, If A press BLF at this time, A should send DTMF to Asterisk, not send call to B?
If yes, how you configure BLF in yoru side now?

Please help:
1. Please correct me if any misunderstanding;
2. Please tell me details usage scenario? Why you want to set such feature;
3. May I know how many phones in your side? How many customer request for such feature?
