Typically the bluetooth headset works well.
On some calls, user complains of audio static. Volume on phone is 50%. Volume on headset is 50%. I estimate only 5-10% of calls have audio static.

T46S less than a year old: firmware 66.82.0.30 hardware 66.0.0.128.0.0.0
T46S is plugged in with AC Adapter.
PBX is FreePBX 2.9.x / PBX in a Flash

Not sure where to look or if this how BT headsets usually work.

If upgrade to latest firmware and still have issue, I have some questions on this:
1/ While the issue happened, the headset just pick up from charger cradle to answer the incoming call?
2/ Both incoming call and outgoing call with issue?
3/ While issue happened, if switch to handset or speaker, the audio become normal? After that, switch to Headset again, will it works well?
4/ While issue happened, both side of the call with 50% Volume, right?
5/ What firmware version on headset?
6/ Please help to get the PCAP, config.bin and syslog with level 6: both good and issue, so we can make an comparison.
