DNS while under VPN not working with latest firmware

Hello,
using the latest version of the firmware (2.70.0.140) on T28X, the DNS while operating using VPN is not working. Not only it is not working, but it is not showing too.

If I use the phone without the VPN enabled, then in the Network tab, using the static config, I can see the two DNS servers configured (image 1).

If I use the phone with the VPN enabled, then in the Network tab, using the static config, I CANT see the two DNS servers configured (image 2).

If I enter the IP address of the SIP server, it works with and without the VPN enabled.

If I enter the hostname of the SIP server, it works only without the VPN enabled.

Any suggestion appreciated.
