Please have a try to disable MWI feature via below way: Phone Web UI--Account--Advanced--Subscribe For MWI

If not help, please help reproduce this issue and offer us the diagnosis files(pcap file and config.bin file, local syslog level 6). Below is the FAQ about how to get these files:
