Display Caller Name in list of multi active calls.
Hi Team,

I hope you are doing fine.

Ours customers receive multi calls per device so generate internal device queue.
They have to transfer calls from this queue to destination.
While a call is incoming, the caller id+Name is displayed.
Now, user would like transfert the active call to a call in queue.

1. How choose the right call in list with numbers ? Users don't remember who is behind each number. Name is really important to avoid mistake transfert
2. First item in list is "New Call", why not, but users have to down for choose an active call in queue call case (Generally first item after "New Call" is the more recent). In my opinion when there is call queue, New Call option would be the last item. (Each user's actions is counted for reduce length of call)
