The login authorization timer is too short

We implemented Broadsoft Device Manager in order to auto-provisioning of the T23G. So that, We use the autentication method with user and password.

But, when the user introduce the user and password in phone, after 1 minute the promt is reseting and the user need to try again and often it is impossible to introduce it. Then, the time is very short.

I have checked the configuration file but I didn't found any parameter about that.

The log show this:

GUI [962:962]: VOIC<6+info > 259.734.002:Set vpm: play local dtmf[53]
GUI [962:962]: BKLT<6+info > 259.737.181:Operation[1] to power saving
GUI [962:983]: SCRN<6+info > 259.779.195:DEV_MSG_KEY_RELEASED
ATP [981]: ATP <6+info > Waitting user enter the auth info!
GUI [962:962]: ETLL<6+info > 260.110.856:mkit_call return(0,0)
GUI [962:962]: ZERO<6+info > 260.111.956:Check power on autop update status[0]
ATP [981]: ATP <6+info > Waitting user enter the auth info!
ATP [981]: ATP <6+info > Waitting user enter the auth timeout and cancel!

Please, Could you help us to increse this timer?
