These settings can easily be changed on 0365 SFB but running the following command

In order to connect into o365 through powershell you need to run the following commands:

Import-Module SkypeOnlineConnector <---this requires the powershell addon for Online Skype connector and can be found through some google searches
$cred = Get-Credential <---this will prompts for an admin credential to store is as a variable, make sure @domain.com is in the account)
$session = New-CsOnlineSession -Credential $cred -Verbose
Import-PSSession $session
