HI Mike,

You are right.
I have test in my side with version 82, and it can work well as you expected.
So please upgrade the firmware to the latest version and test:
http://download.support.yealink.com/down...2.0.20.rom

After that, if the problem still exist, then please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace to us to locate the problem whenyou reproduce the issue.

Besides， how many phones you have in total? How many of them have the issue?
Does only the T46G have the problem?
