Yealink support Answer By Hand feature after V81 version to answer call by press “Answer” soft key, please kindly set with below auto provision parameter:

features.off_hook_answer.enable = 0


It enables or disables the IP phone to answer an incoming call by picking up the handset directly.

0-Disabled

1-Enabled

If it is set to 0 (Disabled), you need to press the corresponding line key, the answer soft key or the OK key to answer an incoming call after picking up the handset.
