Just to add some information on the topic, you will need either T27G, T29G, T46G, T48G, T41S, T42S, T46S or a T48S plus a USB dongle from Yealink (Part number is BT40). Once connected with your mobile phone, the contacts section of the IP phone will allow you to sync with your mobile contacts.
