I would like an answer to this question too, on Cisco phones the Park option is there when on call no need to look for it Smile

. On the yeah link phones we currently have T41's, T27's & T46's the on call custom menu does not offer that option which puzzles me and I'm sure many others, the park option cannot be moved into the 1st on call screen instead forcing us to to press the "More" key and then selecting park to park the call. Additionally under the phone interface DDS Key >> Programmable key cannot be set to be a dedicated call park Angry

. Yeahlink really need to get this sorted so the phone can be more intuitive.
