Please also share me more info below:

1. when the issue happen, can the account work normally? Can the phone call in and out? The phone can make and receive calls, however all the DSS keys are greyed out

2. what is the DSS key type? linekey.13.label="Steve" linekey.13.line="1" linekey.13.pickup_value ="103" linekey.13.type="16" linekey.13.value="103"

3. how many time the issue happen in a day? at least once, the other phones at this location do not have the issue.

4. please provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue for us to analyze. Please refer to the FAQ below to get the three files, as it is a random issue, please refer to situation 2.

The phones are located at a customer site I cannot easly get any syslog or traces from this site.
