Hello Adrian,

1. When the automatic BLF is enabled, you needn't configure a BLF List key type. As long as you input BLF List URI under Account-> Advanced phone will add it automatically.

If you want to configure it manually, please disable the automatic BLF.

2. You need upgrade T27 to Broadsoft firmware. We will release new T27 Broadsoft firmware very soon.
Or enable the Broadsoft feature by autoprovision:
bw.enable = 1
