The distributor is your POC to Yealink support.
Maybe you can help the distributor by telling them what to do? Wink

Our distributor has received absolutely no technical information regarding the T5X series, and there is no information of any kind regarding the video calling feature on the T58V. How are we expected to sell this phone with no information?Huh
