Can you tell me what is the version of the firmware?

Please kindly provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue to do further analyze.

Before you do a test, please update the firmware to the latest version, go to the website to download the firmware:

How many phones you have in total? and how many of them have the issue?
