T4x Search contact (Phonebook) optimzed

i need to search my contact by name (old style) not text included.
if i search 3 x "7" for "r"

the result must be only for the contact start by "R" (3 x "7")

Rodolfo +1 234 ....
Romeo +1 234 ....
Ramona + 234 ...
...

not all contact with "R" in the name

sorry for my poor english
