Quickdial function w5xr > t57w with dd10k dect-stick

Hello community,

I've serveral branch offices with the following setup: (one or two) cordless handsets (W59R) registerd to a T57W deskphone with attached DD10K DECT-Dongle. I'm able to create a dds-key (on the T57W) for calling the handset(s) from the T57W, but
I'm not able to create this on the (wireless) handset(s). The corded deskphone isn't listed in the directory or the history, so I can't assign any speeddial-key for this.

Can somebody give me a clue?

P.S. The "intercom-shortcut-key" (up key) does nothing, when I press it...

P.P.S The whole setup is connected to the cloudpbx (companyflex) of Deutsche Telekom...
