Memory Keys - Disable Call Hold On BLF
Hi Everyone,

We use the majority of our memory keys to intercom different areas in the office. Sometimes you intercom one room and you hear the person say "I'm in the printing room" when you initially intercom their "office". To then switch to the "printing room" you have to disconnect the current call and then intercom the "printing room". If you skip the disconnect step you end up putting that call on hold (MOH starts playing) and you are all of a sudden connected to the "printing room". I would like the system to automatically disconnect that first call to the "office" and instantly connect you to the "printing room" when the "printing room" memory key is pressed. It is still important to have the BLF feature, just do not want to place calls on hold automatically. Is this possible?
