Voip Provider: Sipagte Team Account.

I configured BLF Key and they work fine. I can use pick up call by adding *9 inside the extension field ..
I can start internal calls to the phones on BLF key by clicking.
the only this ist I can´t transfer calls to phone by use of BLF keys.

I have to use this to transfer calls * 3 [number] #

if I use the transfer key and type this manually .. it works fine but if I use the
dsskey .. a call is established but if you try to transfer nothing happens and the display says "transfer" failed. Ok because of this I changed the following settings

In your phone's Web Settings and go to 'Features' --> 'General Information'
set 'DTMF Replace Tran' to Enabled
Enter *3 into the 'Tran Send DTMF' field:
Yealink Transfer Key

Under 'Account' --> ''Advanced'' make that 'DTMF Type' is set to 'RFC2833'.

Now nothing happens anymore .. I just hear "transfer" and on-hook signal

if I enter *332# into the 'Tran Send DTMF' field (32 is one of the numbers I want transfer to) ist works fine. But only to 32 of course ..

So I enabled "Send Pound key" and changed to *332 into the 'Tran Send DTMF' field .. this works fine..

But if remove the 32 and change back to *3 it´s not working again.. It seems that
if I press the DSSkey a "*3#" is send .. and the nummer is missing.

Any hints what to do here ?

I didn´t find any answer in any forum ..
