Hello Elaine,

thanks, for your repley. I have done the test, like described. But after i resume the hold, the voice still down. ;-(

Is it possible that the w52p Phone don't use the right rtp Ports ? The Asterisk has configured the ports 10000-20000

Sometimes the call works, but sometimes not ????
