I am sorry but not quite clear here. Would you please help to clarify:
1. What is the phone model you are using and what is the firmware version?
2. Do you mean when there is a call ongoing and now a new call comes in, the volume of the ongoing call decreases?
3. How many accounts are registered on this devices?
4. The calls are on the same account or on a different account?
