T48G local directory pictures.

I'm using the directions I found here:
http://www.evenflow.co.za/files/productp...s-V1.0.pdf

to install the local directory "with pictures" for all of our employees, about 130 users, but the pictures do not show up unless I have loaded them directly on my phone.

Should these instructions work on a T48G?
