T48G remote directory Caller ID

Dear Dan,

Do you mean when receiving a new call and the caller's extention is on remote directories but the caller ID does't show up?
I just had a test locally and the result is positive. Please make sure that the parameter in attached screenshot is set to enable.
Please have a test and let me know the result.

That is correct, the caller's extension is on the remote directory but the caller ID doesn't show.
My field is named differently but it is enabled. The name of the field is "Search Remote Phonebook Name" and the field below it is "Seach Flash Time(Seconds)".
