attended transfer

I am using Yealink T-41 for my clients general office, and T-46 for the receptionists.
they previously had a NEC Key system, which we recently replaced with Asterisk 1.8 and the Yealinks.

They would like to be able to press transfer and voice in to announce to the transferred party who is on the phone, and when the transfer key is pressed a second time to complete the transfer, have the phone ring instead of the calling party being immediately on handsfree

ANY SUGGESTIONS
