Transferring call to arbitrary phone number

Hi all,
I have working set up of FreePBX machine, and FXO gateway (Grandstream GWX) and few Yealink T41 IP phones. Now I need to have an option to transfer manually incoming call on phone not to existing extension like I would simply press "TRAN" -> 200 -> "TRAN", then "TRAN" -> "some mobile number for example" -> "TRAN"?

Is something like this possible?
