T46G Visual Alert for BLF Pickup: address book lookup does not work

Hi,

we use several T46G with 28.81.0.15.

at some of them the Visual Alert for BLF Pickup is enabled.
If the monitored user gets a call, the address book lookup on the monitoring phone does not work.

Is there any change?
