Since the RPS process has been changed to lowest priority it doesn't affect a normal autoprovision. And it will be automatically disabled after an autoprovision.

Some phones from our customers have MAC address defined in the RPS server. They want to switch their service over to us, but every time we tried to change the settings, the phone would reboot and and activate auto-provision with the old provider settings. I want to be able to provision the phones using the new settings.
