New screen capture feature on T26P

I am trying to use the new screen capture feature of the 6.73.0.40 firmware on a T26P. I have gone into Features > Remote Control and added my computers IP address to Action URI allow IP List. How do I actually capture the screen though? Is it a custom URL I visit for the phone?
