Initializing please wait
We have a T26P in the office that has been stuck on the "initializing please wait screen" for a few days now. we have plugged and unplugged the phone and the same screen comes up. I have no way to reach the menu to restore the phone to factory settings, is there any way to do a hard reboot or any other options to get this phone working again?
