Yealink T28 and Raspbian PI

Hello,
is there a way I can use a browser on my Raspberry PI (with RASPBIAN OS) to view the interface of my Yealink T28 Phone.
I want to change the setting of Allowing ALL security certificates and maybe also the Autoprovisioning URL
But there is no pc connected on the network, so I need to either go to the client.
But easier would be if I can do it from with the Rapsberry SSH terminal
