Provisioning guide as HTML page ;-)

Hi there!

Not really a phone feature, but it would be nice if Yealink would publish provisioning guide (or at least, table with all options) as simple HTML page instead of heavy pdf where most of configuration options are splited into multiple lines in very nice yet unusefull table.
