Auto-Provisioning not updating/replacing settings.

I figured it out. I added the lines listed below and it started working.

#Enable or disable the phone to check new configuration when powered on; 0-Disabled, 1-Enabled (default);  
auto_provision.mode = 1

#Configure the URL of the auto provisioning server.
auto_provision.server.url = 192.168.13.3

I find that a bit odd though, as the phone is able to auto-provision when booting but subsequent manual auto-provisions do nothing.
