Why T42G web installation browser dies

HI

i have problem
we use T42G sip phone and some reason, the phone´s web managemet pages go get stuck, and the phone can not connect remotely.
if i want to get on the phone, the phone is to restart

firmware version 29.72.74.2
hardware version 29.1.0.0.0.0
