Hi Yealink Support,

Senario: First call put on hold when another call is answered. Want to transfer second call to another extension.

If you press Transfer; it will ask you to select 1.) New Call 2.) <number> of the first caller.

Just checking if there there is a possible configuration to do on a T28 handset to skip the option to choose and you can just directly hit Transfer and dial the extension you wish to transfer to.

I tested with and both behave the same way.It seems that this the way before on old firmwares as user was saying that they used not to have to select on that option before.

Tested T42 and T46 doesn't seem to select for a New Call to transfer but you can choose to transfer to the first call by Up/Down arrow.
