T20P not start, does not show anything on the screen

Jim good afternoon, I have the same problem than Sayrus, I have a T20 that doesn't shows anything on screen, it happened when I disconnected the phone from A/C and then connect it again.

I've tested another A/C power supply, the same power supply on another phone, and it worked fine, anything appears on the screen, it's like dead, just the profile light is on, nothing else.
