Searching for contacts

We have a problem with searching for contacts.

The problem is that many of our contacts have æ, ø and å in the name. (danish letters)

Is there a way to be able to search for those?

"Abc" can only search for the english letters and not the danish letters

I've looked in the language file and it does not looks like i have a option there to add letters.
