1.Access to web GUI-> Directory->Remote Phone Book tab, set the Search Remote Phonebook Name value to Enabled. In the latest version of T2x support it, sorry to tell you that T3x won't support it.
If you firmware is not latest version, you can download the frimware from Yealink official website. >>http://www.yealink.com/SupportDownloadfi...7&flag=142<<

2.About the secend question, I can't undersand you entirely. Could you please explain it more detailed?
