Incoming call taking precedence

Basically, an incoming call will take focus and any functions (transfers, hitting the speakerphone button,etc) will affect the incoming call and not the present call.

It looks like this has been fixed, but not in the S4B line of firmware. It is driving our users crazy and may lead us to move to other phones.
