Transfer keeps dropping on the T41P phones

Problem 1:
When someone call to you and you press the transfer button then enter the number.
If you press the transfer button, it's blind transfer.
If you press the OK button, it's attended transfer.

Problem 2:
You want different for different contacts?
If yes, it can support. You can configure different local contacts with different ringtone.
Or you can use Distinctive ring tones, but this feature need server support.
