We have the autoprovisioning to one of our server through a Web Server (IIS) service configured. I´m not sure if these failures will have to be with the phone not being able to get the .cfg file on the server and I wander if any of you can give us an idea.

For this issue, Please upload the cfg file to a http server or tftp server. please make sure the network between phone and http server is available.
If auto provision failed, please send pacp,syslog,cfg files to me, then i can do more troubleshooting. For how to get them, please refer to the FAQ:http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=311
NOTE:you should reproduce the issue so that you can get useful information to me.
Due to the national holiday is upcoming, our office will be temporarily out of duty from Oct 1st to Oct 7th.
