Hello,
Sorry for the late answer, I just saw your answer today.

I have been able to find a solution.

Actually I think that by default, ASTERISK does a transfer when # is pressed. So I changed the transfer key in ASTERISK and now the # key is normally sent.

So it seems that it is not a phone function
