Thanks for your reply - it actually solved my problem.

The version was 1.16.0.0. The thing is, I had to use my SIP-T28P to upgrade it three times before it successfully went from version 1.16.0.0 to 3.16.0.0

But after 3 updates it works. I have a feeling that when the display says "Expansion Update Done!" it's not actually done until 5-10 seconds later.
