Hi ccwtech,

You can adjust the DTMF volume when the phone is idle.
1. press 1
2. then adjust the volume bar asap
3. Then you can adjust the dtmf tone when you press it.

But when you pick up the handset, you adjust the volume bar and it will adjust the receive sound of handset.
