This may be a far out there questions but here is my scenario with Asterisk 1.8:

I want to have calls coming in live answer to Ext 101 (T46G), but when shes on the phone I want to still ring her, but at the same time ring a group of other T46's.. Remember...only when shes on the phone (busy) will it ring the group.

I have this working sorta. If you enable only one account, one line on T46G and disable call waiting then this works perfect as Asterisk has a setting for a 486 busy kickback. BUT the issue is that when it kickbacks busy then the original phone Ext 101 will never ring for that incoming call. Even if you add the phone to the group you still have call waiting disabled so if shes on the first call the second will never ring through.

Would be nice to only disable call waiting on a particular account so that way I can program a second account on the phone for when shes on the phone and know one would know the difference. As it stands now once you disable call waiting you disable for all accounts on phone.
